Delete your account

For the gito guest app and the gito Partner app. Sign in with the account you want to delete.

What happens

Your sign-in is deleted, and this device stops getting your notifications.
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery addresses are removed from your past orders and bookings.
The bills themselves are kept, without anything that identifies you, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years).
If you own or work for a business on gito, our team handles your request by hand, so the business’s records aren’t lost. Transfer ownership first if someone else will run it.
